PRE-BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• This pre-booking enables you to get an allocation on priority; however, it does not ensure availability of the device on the day of dispatch. Dispatches for the iPhone 17 Series will start from September 19, 2025. In case of any delay, we will communicate the new timelines to your registered email ID.
• The company reserves the right to cancel/modify these pre-booking terms and conditions at any point in time without prior notice.
• Only one order per customer will be allowed. Multiple orders from the same customer or bulk orders will be cancelled without notice.
• I am voluntarily participating in the iPhone 17 registration program and I understand that this program does not guarantee that I will receive the preferred iPhone 17 model or any other product at the time of launch or within any stipulated timeframe.
• In case I am offered my preferred iPhone 17 model, I agree to complete the purchase transaction immediately and within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the offer time.
• Participants who choose to pre-book the iPhone 17 must pay INR 5000/- through a prepaid mode of payment, which includes Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or any UPI-based payment system.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be made via UPI/IMPS only and processed within 15 days of the cancellation request.
• In case of cancellation a charge of 3% will be applicable on the advance amount
